Print Solutions
For Niche Marketing
In the past, print advertising for businesses trying to market to their natural clientelle was almost impossible. The manager or owner of the business had the option of mailing postcards or doing expensive print advertising.
To mail out postcards, you had to design, print and mail the postcards to the residences around their business. This is fairly expensive with costs starting at around 55 cents per postcard. While postcards are effective, they are not cheap. Magazine and newspaper advertising is even more expensive and less effective. You have to pay large fees, compete for the readers attention in a sea of ads and have your ad sent to 30,000 homes that will never drive across town to visit your business. These used to be the only print advertising methods available to advertise your business. Until now...
We offer solutions for marketing your business to the neighborhoods your business services. No wasted time or money.
What we do...
EZ Neighborhood Advertising is a niche marketing group that promotes advertising within small tightly defined geographic areas. We have created a sticky strategy that combines the advertising methods of our monthly publication In The Neighborhood and our neighborhood centric websites that offer advertisers 24/7 exposure to the residents of their targeted neighborhoods.
In The Neighborhood is a glossy, monthly magazine that reaches thousands of affluent homeowners who are passionate about their homes, families and communities. Copies are mailed directly to the homeowners and placed in businesses throughout the neighborhood.

Every month, each edition is targeting the exact same demographics your business is seeking – suburban, affluent homeowners of every ethnicity. The primary age range of these homeowners is 35-55, of which 65% are female and 35% are male. The median household income is what you would find within 10 minutes of your business. Market research shows that our target audience is most interested in home improvement, cooking, dining out, gardening, their children and shopping. Our research has shown that In The Neighborhood has a shelf life of 2.5 months and has a pass along rate of 3.2.
The magazine is featured on our interactive neighborhood website in .pdf format. The web sites are packed full of useful information that the neighbors need and use. Information offered on the sites include: real estate activity, community events, clubs and activities. There is an online discussion area, photo sharing and other intra-net activities that bring the residents back on a daily basis. The local business section features our advertisers that are working within the neighborhood. We send registered residents a weekly email informing them of updated website pages and events.
